Leaders

I personally don't think that intelligence should be the one thing that is looked for in a leader. A leader also has to be able to think about their citizens. A leader should also be courageous. If a leader is only intelligent, then they might make sacrifices just to have the highest efficiency. My group chose our leader randomly. I don't believe that these qualities had much to do in the process of selecting the leader.
